Meet Terry

Terry has a gift for helping people see past the roadblocks holding them back. Since 2013, he’s been coaching leaders, boards, and organizations to gain clarity, set a direction, and move forward with confidence.

With a background as a pastor and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership (specializing in coaching and mentoring), Terry understands both the challenges and the rewards of leadership. Over the years, he’s walked alongside countless leaders who want to do things well but find themselves stuck or burned out. His passion is helping you define your reality, create a plan, and take action so your vision becomes a reality.

Meet Alisa

Alisa has spent her career helping organizations get their finances in order. With a degree in Business Management and over two decades of experience in finance and bookkeeping, she knows how to bring structure, accuracy, and peace of mind to business owners who want clean, reliable books.

In 2024, she decided to follow her passion and launched her own bookkeeping business. Her goal? To help small businesses and nonprofits stop stressing over numbers and start feeling confident about their financial picture.
